This week Ted has been ironing out Mack's CJ7 5.3L wiring and should have it running early next week. Ed's FJ cruiser is back in the shop for another transformation. chris pulled the FJ gas tank and shipped it to Fuel Safe for the new cell that will be mounted in the rear. He also reworked the air shock mounts and rasied the ride height on Al's Copperhead fab 4 seat buggy. Rico pulled the factory Toyota axle and Icon Stage 5 rear suspension off the Toyota. He also assembled the Currie Fab 9 chromoly housing, Hi9 35 spline center section with 4.88 gears and an ARB, pressed the factory brake backing plates on to the Currie 35 spline shafts. Mack's cage got the final welding, harness mounts and paint. Our new employee Camren, stripped the interior panels, rear bumper, and lobbed off the rear frame. He installed the Lokar shifter and fuel sending unit in Mack's CJ7.
Here are some initial pics of the FJ cruiser project.
Next week we will be reworking the lower links on Al's buggy, Tuning Mack's CJ7, assembling the 4 link truss and link mounts in stacked 1/8' chromoly plate, building a swingout tire carrier on the CJ7, finishing the wiring on Chris' TJ AW4 swap, and lifting Alex's F150 with a 6" BDS kit.

Ted finished this truck last week. It came in a couple days ago for a chip and intake so we took some pics. It's an 02 Superduty, 8" BDS lift will nitro dual shocks and stabalizers, Toyo 38" MT's, and 20" Diamo wheels. Thos are Bestop electric hide away steps. These new versions are not like hte crappy AMP design. They use power window motors and have LED lights on the steps.

Here's some build pics of Travis' 09 Xterra bumper that Chris built. Not shown is the 1/4" aluminum skid that will come on Thursday. Ballistic supplied the 1/4" thick frame uprights. We came up with the 1/8' stacked plate as well as all the 1.75" DOM tube work. Those are Hella 4000 HID's on the main tube. the bars under the head lights have a double bend to flow with the body lines better than a traditional straight tube. the ends will be cut off at the edge of the headlights and capped. also not shown are the tow hook/lower frame horn brackets that incorporate an extra 2 mounting holes per side.

Here's some pics of the new paint and interior cage on my Ranger prerunner project. Still need to buy a couple more gauges before the dash panel is made, so excuse the interior mess. You may be able to spot my duct tape patch on the driver's seat from where it caught on fire while welding... of corse it was my side. Harnesses and some different suspension seats will make their way in shortly. Just got the sending unit for my fuel cell. Still need to buy an electric pump and make a mount before it gets installed in the rear.
